Mukurwe-ini MP John Kaguchia is being held at Kamukunji Police Station following his arrest in the morning. The legislator was initially taken to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) headquarters along Kiambu Road. Earlier, his lawyers claimed they had been denied access to their client after presenting themselves at the DCI offices.
