One of the evening’s most touching moments came when Nadia invited her parents, Joseph and Mary, onto the stage.
The singer told the audience she has always found it special that her parents share the same names as the biblical parents of Jesus, describing it as a “beautiful love story”.
She thanked them for believing in her dream and supporting her throughout her music career.
“My parents are called Joseph and Mary. It’s a beautiful love story,” Nadia told the crowd.

The concert featured performances from some of Kenya’s biggest music stars.
Fans enjoyed sets by Akothee, Bahati, Iyanii, Ssaru, Masauti, Maandy, Breeder LW, Vijana Barubaru, Fathermoh, Dufla Diligon, Sanaipei Tande and Nyota Ndogo, while Nadia headlined the show with some of her biggest hits.
