Actress and content creatorTrisha Khalid has spoken candidly about one of the most painful periods of her life, revealing that she suffered a miscarriage last year and continues to struggle with the emotional impact.
Speaking during an interview on Alex Mwakideu’s podcast, Trisha described the experience as the lowest point she has faced both personally and emotionally.
When asked whether there had been a moment in her career or personal life that left her feeling completely broken despite her cheerful public image, Trisha did not hesitate to share her story.
“Last year was a very traumatic year for me and my partner. I went through a miscarriage four months ago.”

The actress said the loss has stayed with her long after it happened, challenging the common belief that grief fades with time.
According to Trisha, more than a year has passed since the miscarriage, but the pain remains as intense as ever.
“When they tell you time heals, it’s a lie. I think it’s been a year and some months, and I think I’m still living in that pain. It’s not easy.”
She explained that pregnancy loss is not something people simply move on from, adding that the emotional wounds can linger for months or even years.

Fear of another loss
Trisha also revealed that the experience has left her with fears about the future.
She admitted that one of her biggest worries is the possibility of experiencing another miscarriage if she becomes pregnant again.
“I have that fear of maybe it will happen again.”
Judged without knowing the full story
Beyond the grief, Trisha said she has also had to deal with comments from people questioning why she has not had children.
She said such remarks can be hurtful because those making them rarely know what someone may be going through privately.
“Especially when you get women judging you for not conceiving, but they don’t know your story.”
