Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz has confirmed that Zuchu is pregnant with his child after sharing her maternity photos on social media.

The Bongo Flava star reposted Zuchu’s pregnancy announcement shortly after she shared the images on Instagram on 30 July 2026.
Alongside the maternity photos, Diamond wrote a short message celebrating the news:
“New heart beats in the family.”
The post featured Zuchu’s baby bump images, which she had earlier shared with her followers alongside ultrasound pictures.
Zuchu captioned her original post:
“Growing Love and Eating for Two, pls be a chubby baby 🤣💕💙.”
Diamond’s repost came just minutes after Zuchu’s update, confirming speculation among fans that the two musicians were expecting a child together.

Diamond and Zuchu’s Relationship

Diamond Platnumz, whose real name is Naseeb Abdul Juma Issack, is one of East Africa’s most successful musicians. He is known for hit songs such as Jeje, Inama, Tetema and Kanyaga.

Zuchu, born Zuhura Othman Soud, rose to fame after joining Diamond’s WCB Wasafi label. She has become one of Tanzania’s leading female artists, with popular songs including Sukari, Cheche and Kwikwi.
The two musicians have previously attracted public attention over their relationship, while sharing happy moments on social media.
