The decision to grant a Sh.200,000 bail to an Eastleigh madrasa teacher accused of defiling his two stepdaughters and impregnating one of them has sparked concern. Children’s lawyer Naomi Kajaira says the move could intimidate the victims and interfere with the pursuit of justice.
