Kenya is engaging regional stakeholders to build consensus on hosting the proposed Sh2.2 trillion Eastern Africa Oil Refinery in Lamu. Deputy President Kithure Kindiki revealed this after chairing a meeting to review legal, regulatory and administrative measures taken so far as part of preparations to host the proposed refinery. He said the refinery will enhance fuel security across the region while creating jobs for Kenyans.
