Two men have been sentenced to death by the Wajir Law Courts for violently robbing a local boda boda rider. Principal Magistrate Eric Malesi convicted Abdiaziz Ali and Abdiwahab Mohamed after the prosecution proved its case beyond reasonable doubt. The court heard that on November 13, 2025, the duo assaulted Nesiah Thuranira, stealing Sh15,000 and a mobile phone valued at Sh30,000.
