The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has disowned a fake letter circulating on social media, purportedly seeking integrity vetting for five individuals allegedly nominated to Cabinet positions. The fake letter, allegedly from the National Assembly and addressed to EACC CEO Abdi Ahmed Mohamud, listed Winnie Odinga, Junet Mohamed, Koki Muli, Cleophas Malala and Dr Agnes Zani as nominees for various cabinet positions . EACC said it was not associated with the document.
