Prophet Victor Kanyari has responded to a challenge from Kenyan Broadcaster Andrew Kibe, inviting him to attend one of his church services and witness what he says are miracles taking place before the congregation.
The exchange follows comments made by Kibe, who questioned claims of miraculous healing associated with Kanyari’s ministry. In his message, Kibe said he would be willing to change his stance if he personally witnessed a miracle.
Kibe said:
“I want you to perform a miracle so that I can see it with my own eyes. From that day, I will never open my podcast again. I will only be making announcements for your church, then go back home and wait until the next Sunday.”

Kanyari responded to the remarks while preaching during a church service, saying Kibe should visit the church instead of relying on assumptions or opinions formed from a distance.
Addressing his congregation, the preacher extended an open invitation to the content creator.
“Kibe, come and see me performing miracles. Come and see the lame walking and the blind receiving their sight in this church,” he said.
Kanyari maintained that miraculous healings continue to occur during his services but argued that not everyone is prepared to acknowledge what they witness.
“Yes, miracles happen here. But those who have eyes are not told to look because they already have eyes, yet they have refused to see.”
He went on to suggest that some critics have already made up their minds and are unlikely to change their opinions regardless of what they are shown.
“You will never prove people wrong. They will always believe what they believe,” he added.

The latest exchange is another chapter in the public back-and-forth between the two personalities. Kibe has frequently criticised Kenyan pastors and questioned claims made by some religious leaders during his online broadcasts.

In June, Kanyari also took issue with comments Kibe made about musician Stevo Simple Boy’s appearance. During a church service, the preacher urged Kibe to stop mocking people and instead use his platform to encourage them. He defended the singer, saying every person is created by God and deserves respect regardless of their physical appearance.
