Meanwhile.....The High Court has dealt a blow to former Migori Governor Okoth Obado and his two co-accused after declining to extend their bond following their conviction for the murder of university student Sharon Otieno.The three had asked the court to extend their bond, arguing that they had faithfully attended the case since 2018. The court, however, declined the request and ordered the preparation of pre-sentencing and victim impact assessment reports within 21 days. The reports will be shared with all parties, with the case set for mention on the 18th of next month.
