Treasury CS John Mbadi has revealed plans to roll out direct public engagements across various regions to brief citizens on budget implementation. Speaking at the launch of the FY 2027/28 and Medium-Term Budget Preparation Process, Mbadi stated that the initiative aims to ensure every village understands what is allocated for them in the financial year, bridging the information gap and strengthening accountability between the government and the public.
