Fashion designer Bolo Bespoke’s wife,Ms Mueni, has publicly questioned her husband’s decision to spend hundreds of thousands of shillings celebrating after winning his high-profile KSh2 million bet with comedian Oga Obinna.
Taking to her Instagram account, Ms Mueni admitted that she was far from impressed after learning that Bolo allegedly spent KSh810,000 on alcohol during the celebrations.
Her remarks come just days after Bolo emerged victorious following Spain’s 1-0 victory over Argentina in the 2026 FIFA World Cup final. The result saw Oga Obinna lose the KSh2 million wager he had placed with the celebrity tailor, a bet that had attracted widespread attention online.

In her Instagram post, Ms Mueni questioned both the amount spent and her husband’s behaviour during the celebrations.
“Sijafurahia. How can you win KSh2 million and spend KSh810,000 on alcohol?”
She went on to criticise photos and videos showing Bolo shirtless inside the club.
“Alafu hio kifua bila nguo kwa club unaonyesha nani hao? Oga Obinna ugemruka hii pesa tu.”
Her comments suggested she felt the money could have been put to better use instead of being spent on one night of partying.

Ms Muenilisted several practical investments she believes the money could have funded.
“Hii bill inatosha good sofa seats ama hata renovation ya hii nyumba. Bolo Bespoke ni kukumbusha tu before nishike fire.”
Her post quickly attracted attention from fans, with many debating whether expensive celebrations are justified after a major financial win.
While some social media users argued that Bolo was free to enjoy the money as he pleased, others agreed with Ms Mueni that the amount reportedly spent on alcohol was excessive.
