Coast leaders, including CSs Hassan Joho and Salim Mvurya, have strongly condemned former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua for urging international tourists and investors to stay away from Kenya until President William Ruto leaves office. The leaders argued that such statements sabotage the region's economy and threaten millions of livelihoods. They said the people of the Coast will no longer be distracted by politics of fear, division or economic sabotage.
