Machakos Deputy Governor Francis Mwangangi has criticised Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen and PS Raymond Omollo over failure to curb rising hooliganism. He argued that the persistence of goonism cannot occur without the government’s knowledge, terming the situation unacceptable. Consequently, Mwangangi called on the two officials to take responsibility and resign over what he described as inaction.
