LSK has called on the Court of Appeal to prepare adequately for election-related petitions. Representing the LSK President at the swearing-in of Justice Gatembu Kairu as the new President of the Court of Appeal, Tom K’Opere urged the judiciary to ensure that all appeals arising from the upcoming general election are handled promptly and effectively to uphold the integrity of the electoral process and ensure timely justice for all stakeholders.
