Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna has broken his silence after being removed as the Senate Deputy Minority Whip, saying the decision was the price of speaking truth to power. Sifuna thanked both the Minority and Majority leadership for their cooperation and congratulated Migori Senator Eddy Oketch on his appointment. The outspoken senator maintained that he would continue speaking out despite his removal from the leadership position.
