The Commission on Administrative Justice (CAJ) has officially launched consultations for the 2026 State of Openness Report, a flagship initiative designed to strengthen national governance. By establishing Kenya’s first integrated framework, this evidence-based assessment will measure transparency, accountability and citizen engagement. Speaking at State House, CAJ Vice Chairperson Dorothy Jemator emphasized that this project is vital for tracking essential reforms and building public trust.
