More than 73,000 registered voters in Ol Kalou constituency are expected to cast their ballots today to elect a new Member of Parliament in a by-election featuring nine candidates. The seat fell vacant following the death of David Kiaraho on March 29 while undergoing treatment at Nairobi Hospital. IEBC has affirmed its preparedness for the exercise and cautioned that firm action will be taken against anyone attempting to disrupt the electoral process.
