Kilome MP Thaddeus Nzambia has raised concern over rising dropout rates in TVET institutions due to delayed capitation disbursements. He urged the Ministry of Education to intervene by lower training costs, and ensure timely funding to institutions. Nzambia warned that failure to address the challenges could undermine access to technical education and skills development among vulnerable learners.
