The united opposition has called on the Government to reassure all Kenyans that every lawful political gathering will receive equal protection under the law. In a statement, the principals led by Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka, said public confidence in the impartiality of state institutions is indispensable to democratic stability. Equally, they called on political leaders across the divide to exercise restraint in both word and deed.
