Kenya has shipped its first consignment of green coffee beans directly to Italy, marking a major step in expanding exports to high-value European markets. The inaugural shipment, comprising the first of 20 containers destined for the Port of Trieste, was dispatched by Sumseron Coffee and Tea company. Speaking during the flagging-off ceremony Trade PS Regina Ombam credited the milestone to sustained trade promotion efforts and recent export-focused missions across Europe.
