As the Ol Kalou by-election approaches, voters have been discouraged from wearing party branded merchandise and taking photos of their ballot papers once they mark them. Speaking during a joint security update, IEBC Chairperson Erastus Ethekon warned that anyone found taking photos risks imprisonment of a term not exceeding three years or a fine of up to Sh1 million.
