Human rights defenders have filed a complaint at Muthangari Police Station over what they describe as surveillance and intimidation by suspected State agents. Amnesty International Kenya Executive Director George Morara says the alleged surveillance of The Institute for Social Accountability (TISA) Executive Director Diana Gichengo has put her safety at risk. He claims the intimidation is aimed at silencing her and discouraging her from pursuing accountability efforts.
