Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen has urged the Judiciary to impose tougher penalties on individuals convicted of goonism, saying strict punishment will deter the use of hired gangs to incite violence. He noted that security agencies have successfully contained complex threats and remain capable of addressing politically driven goon activities across the country.
