Kisumu County Commissioner Ramadhan Mwabudzo has vowed to intensify a security crackdown following Sunday’s deadly violence at St. Stephen’s Cathedral in Milimani that left two people dead and another injured. He termed the attack the work of organised criminal groups, not an isolated act. Mwabudzo said authorities will pursue all involved in planning, financing, and executing the violence, warning that no one will be spared from prosecution.
