A Machakos court has issued a stay order suspending the dismissal of County CEC for Finance Catherine Mutanu, prompting Governor Wavinya Ndeti to recall her to office pending hearing and determination of the case. She consequently directed directed Mutanu to resume duties immediately without delay as the proceedings continue.
