The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) is set to introduce a web-based tax return filing system, replacing the current Microsoft Excel-based platform used by taxpayers for years. The new system will allow taxpayers to file returns directly through the iTax portal without downloading and uploading Excel forms.
