The Senate Public Accounts Committee has directed Inspector General Douglas Kanja to arrest and present Isiolo Governor Abdi Guyo before it on July 20 after he repeatedly failed to honour summons. Chairperson Moses Kajwang issued the order after Guyo snubbed the committee’s fifth invite today. The governor, previously fined Sh500,000, is required to answer audit queries for the 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 financial years.
