Kenya has launched an ambitious reform agenda to transform its Foreign Service into a more agile, accountable, and results-driven institution. Unveiled by Foreign Affairs PS Korir Sing’Oei during a Strategic Leadership Retreat, the roadmap prioritises economic diplomacy, institutional renewal, and digital transformation for the 2026/27 financial year. Sing’Oei said the service must adapt to shifting geopolitical realities while delivering tangible benefits to Kenyans.
