The IEBC has warned that it could postpone or even cancel the Ol Kalou by-election if violence and voter intimidation persist. Chairperson Erastus Ethekon says the commission will not proceed with the poll unless the environment guarantees voters can exercise their constitutional rights freely. He warned candidates found breaching the electoral code risk disqualification.
