DPP Renson Ingonga has announced the commissioning of an Election Preparedness Committee to handle cases related to the Electoral Offenses Act. Speaking during the launch of the IEBC’s 2022 Pre-Election Disputes Resolution Report and Case Digest, Ingonga assured that his office will collaborate closely with the IEBC to ensure a conducive environment for the administration of electoral justice.
