Rashid Charo, a bodyguard attached to PS Jacob Fikirini has been released on a Sh20,000 personal bond after appearing in court over the alleged fatal shooting of 28-year-old youth mobiliser Cecil Ouma. The case will be mentioned on the 10th of next month.
