The government will today unveil measures to be taken against human resource managers found to have tampered with the payroll system within the public service. Public Service CS Geoffrey Ruku said the government will take firm action against public servants involved in the manipulation of the public service payroll. The move follows a Cabinet directive tasking the DCI to investigate alleged payroll manipulation suspected of costing the government Sh6.2 billion.
