Mumias East MP Peter Salasya has responded to Andrew Kibe's acceptance of the proposed Vurugu 3 celebrity boxing challenge, indicating that he is ready to formalise the highly anticipated bout.

In a Facebook post shared on 2nd July, Salasya asked event organiser and media personality Oga Obinna to arrange a live contract-signing session on his show next week, paving the way for the two rivals to meet in the ring in December.

The latest development follows Kibe's declaration that he was willing to fight Salasya, but only after the legislator signed the necessary paperwork before he began training.
