Radio presenters Jeremy Wahome and Cyd left fans entertained after opening up about their first date experiences during a light-hearted discussion shared on Kiss 100 Kenya’s Instagram page.
The two presenters reflected on their early romantic experiences, revealing stories that ranged from sweet and innocent to unexpectedly complicated.

She revealed that a young man took her to TRM Mall, where they spent time together eating chicken and hanging out around the shopping centre.
The outing became even more memorable because it was where she experienced her first kiss.
“My first date, I was taken to TRM Mall. We ate chicken, went for rounds and hung out. That is where I had my first kiss.”
She said the young man made the experience feel special.
“I was in high school, and the guy made it special.”
At the end of the day, the pair had to be cautious. Since she was not meant to be out, the young man avoided dropping her directly at home and instead left her near her neighbourhood before she made her way back.
Jeremy’s First Date Took an Unexpected Turn
Jeremy Wahome’s first date story, however, was far less straightforward.
The presenter described it as “crazy”, explaining that it happened shortly after a breakup.
I had a girlfriend who ended their relationship the night before he had planned to go out with another girl.
Wanting to move on, he invited the new girl to join him and his friends for a movie.
“I had a girlfriend who broke up with me the night before.”
Things became complicated while I was on my way to pick up the new date.
Jeremy recalled receiving a call from his ex-girlfriend, who had heard about the movie plans.
“She called and said, ‘I hear you are going to a movie without me. Come and pick me up.’”
Instead of choosing between the two, I decided to collect both women and head to the cinema together.
“I picked both of them, and we went to watch a movie.”
