Just eight months after legendary American smooth jazz saxophonist Kenny G electrified Nairobi, R&B icon Karyn White is set for a thrilling performance on May 31, 2026.
Karyn White will headline the return of the One Night Only concert at the Sarit Expo Centre in Nairobi.
“What’s up, Kenya? This is your Superwoman, Karyn White, and I’m so excited to be coming on May 31. I will be performing all your favourite hits for the One Night Only experience. It’s going to be an incredible time and a night to remember.
“So get your tickets, and I’ll see you there,” she said.

The R&B singer, best known for her hit song Superwoman, will headline the show themed 1 Queen, 3 Kings alongside Grammy-winning saxophonist Kirk Whalum.
Whalum is not only an accomplished musician but also an ordained minister with a Master’s degree in Religion. His career spans more than 25 solo recordings, and he has collaborated with music legends including Luther Vandross, Al Jarreau, Quincy Jones, and Barbra Streisand.
Also set to grace the stage and complete the “3 Kings” lineup are Tanzania’s Ali Kiba, popularly known as the King of Bongo Flava, and Kenya’s Bien of the award-winning boy band Sauti Sol.
The 2026 edition of One Night Only builds on the massive success of last year’s event, featuring Kenny G. The 2025 concert sold out completely, attracting more than 2,000 attendees and earning praise as a major cultural experience.
Organisers describe this year’s edition as a high-end, black-tie event designed to rival Las Vegas-style productions, with a strictly elegant and sophisticated dress code.
Gates will open at 3 pm, while the main performances are scheduled to run from 6 pm to 10 pm.
