President William Ruto on Monday presided over the
swearing-in of newly appointed judges of the High Court at State House Nairobi, in a ceremony
marked by formal oaths, congratulatory exchanges and renewed calls for judicial
efficiency.
The Head of State urged the judges to embrace discipline,
accountability and commitment in executing their mandate, saying public office
comes with a responsibility to deliver results without delay.
The President later
congratulated the appointees individually after the swearing-in, signalling the
