Speaking during a candid couples’ session on their joint YouTube channel, Chebby shared that tensions linked to Terence’s relationship with the mother of his two daughters placed significant strain on their union, particularly in the early years.

Co-Parenting Challenges Strain Their Union

Terence, who shares two daughters with his baby mama, has previously opened up about the difficulties he faced, including being denied access to his children at one point. He once admitted to sneaking into their school just to see them.

While doing a Q&A session on their YouTube channel with the Ruih Family, Milly explained that navigating these challenges while building a life together proved extremely difficult.

Even after over a decade together, she noted that they are still learning how to manage aspects of their blended family dynamic."There was a time I almost left you and said, ' Let us also co-parent'. Please do not ask me things to do with co-parenting. I am yet to navigate 14 years later. I am still asking myself, this man has also made me give birth, let us also co-parent," she said.

A Relationship Built Through the Storm

Despite the hurdles, the couple has remained together and continued to grow both personally and professionally. They tied the knot in a colourful traditional wedding in 2021 before formalising their union in a legal ceremony. They now share one child.

Known for their relatable skits and family-centred content, the two have built a strong online presence by openly sharing their journey, including both highs and lows.

2025: A Breaking Point

Earlier in 2025, Chebby went through what she described as one of the most difficult periods in her marriage.

Between February and May, she experienced overwhelming emotional stress that nearly pushed her to walk away.

“In 2025, I almost packed my things, left and said adios, amigos… But God sustained me,” she revealed.

The mother of one admitted that the pressure from ongoing rumours and personal struggles tested her resilience deeply.

Rumours and Public Scrutiny

Throughout that period, the couple found themselves at the centre of speculation, with reports suggesting they were facing serious marital issues. Some even claimed they had separated.

The rumours intensified after Terence was linked to TikToker Rish Kamungu. He later dismissed the claims, stating they had never met and firmly shutting down the narrative.

Despite his response, online chatter persisted, placing their relationship under intense public scrutiny.

Betrayal from Within

Beyond public rumours, Chebby also hinted at betrayal from someone within her inner circle.

Without revealing names, she disclosed that a close friend had allegedly been speaking negatively about her for years. She only became aware of the situation after the friendship ended.

Chebby added that others later claimed they had tried to warn her, but she believes she would not have believed them at the time. She also revealed that she had previously supported the friend, even offering them employment, making the fallout more painful.

Faith and Resilience

Reflecting on the experience, Chebby emphasised how life in the public eye can blur the line between truth and falsehood.

She noted that some narratives can feel so real that they begin to affect one’s mental and emotional state. Ultimately, she credited her faith for helping her navigate that difficult season.
