The Safari Rally Kenya 2026 starts today, March 12 and ends on March 15,  marking the third round of the WRC season.

This year’s edition shifts fully to the Great Rift Valley, dropping the traditional start in Nairobi.

Drivers and teams must tackle 20 special stages spread across four days of intense competition.

Known for its brutal conditions, the rally features unforgiving terrain, including deep sand, commonly called “fesh-fesh,” and high-speed savannah sections.

Combined with unpredictable weather, the event is widely regarded as the ultimate test of survival in WRC, pushing both drivers and machines to their absolute limits.
