
Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) PLC has announced 18 job vacancies as it prepares for listing and participation in the capital markets.
In a public notice, the company said it is seeking to recruit “highly motivated, visionary, dynamic, and results-oriented professionals with the critical skills required to support this strategic transition.”
The recruitment targets senior and mid-level positions across key departments.
Among the advertised roles is the Chief Integrity and Ethics Officer, graded at KPC 4.
Other grade 4 positions are Chief Accountant (Investor Relations), Chief Officer (Health & Safety), and Chief Human Resource Officer (Employee Services).
At grade 5, the company is recruiting for Senior Human Resource Officer (Performance Management), Senior Planning Officer (Economics & Pricing), Senior Planning Officer (Strategy), Senior Officer (PMO), Senior Security Officer (Operations), Senior Marketing and Business Development Officer, and Senior Internal Auditor (Regulatory Assurance).
Grade 6 vacancies are Human Resource Officer (Employee Remuneration), Internal Auditor (Financial Assurance), Environmental and Sustainability Officer, Safety Officer, and Graphic Designer.
At grade 7, KPC is seeking to fill the Assistant Accountant (Tax) and Reporting Accountant positions.
KPC said each advertised role has one available post and is offered on permanent and pensionable terms.
The company directed interested candidates to visit its website, www.kpc.co.ke, under the Career Opportunities section to access detailed job descriptions, specifications, and a user manual outlining the application process.
The application deadline is midnight East Africa Time on March 13, 2026. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
In the notice, KPC reaffirmed its commitment to equal opportunity employment, diversity, and gender equality. The company encouraged women and persons with disabilities to apply.
It also stated that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and warned that any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
