"Co-parenting is Hard": Shorn Arwa Cries After Babydaddy Gives Child a "Kipara"

Lifestyle influencer Shorn Arwa has expressed her distress after her child’s father shaved the child’s hair.

The incident occurred while the content creator was away on a solo "self-love" vacation in Dubai. Arwa shared the news with her followers through a series of emotional posts on her Instagram stories.

A Difficult Co-parenting Moment

The TikTok star told her audience that she needed a small break from updating them about her vacation to cry after discovering the change to her child’s appearance.

She noted that the father had given the child a "kipara," which refers to a completely bald shave. In her posts, Arwa admitted that navigating life as a single parent has its challenges.

“I’m taking a small break niende nilie kwanza. Co-parenting issues are sometimes so hard. Can you imagine he has shaved my child’s hair clean?” she posted.

Arwa explained that she was busy creating "hot videos" for her fans when she learned what had happened back home.

Despite her sadness, she told her followers she would not let the situation ruin her trip.

She stated that after she finished crying, she would apply her makeup and continue with her planned night out.

“Mimi niko huku kwa self love nikiwapatia videos moto moto kumbe our little one ananyolewa. Nikishalia nitapaka make-up, nivae twende out, sawa?” she posed to her followers.

This incident comes only a few months after Arwa officially confirmed the end of her marriage. On 30 December 2025, she released a statement to end months of public speculation regarding her relationship status.

She clarified that she and her husband were no longer together but intended to remain friends for their child.

At the time of the split, Arwa emphasised her desire for a peaceful transition. She stated that they were both committed to raising their child with mutual respect and love.
