Ugandan digital creator Outabrian3 has sparked conversation online after sharing his admiration for Nairobi’s modern transformation during a recent visit to Kilimani.

In his video, he described the neighbourhood as “looking like Europe and Dubai,” noting that the roads and skyline reflect a standard he did not expect.

He added that there is “no need to go to Europe” because Nairobi offers a similar experience, even saying there is “no difference between these roads in Nairobi and those roads in Europe only a small difference.''

During the tour, he expressed surprise at being passed by a tractor without raising dust, pointing out the smooth tarmac and clean surroundings.

''That is why Nairobi  is referred to as the capital city of Africa because of such developments," he said.
