Kibera-bred rapper Stevo Simple Boy has publicly voiced his strong disapproval of cosmetic procedures such as Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBL) and liposuction.
His comments come at a time when his former girlfriend, Pritty Vishy, has reportedly undergone a BBL procedure.
A Firm Stance on Body Enhancement
Speaking at his recent gender reveal event, Stevo Simple Boy, known for his unique lyrical style, unequivocally advised against altering one's natural body.
"People should avoid doing such cosmetic procedures. Be the way you are, mkae vile Mungu aliwaumba," he stated, emphasising that people should remain as God created them. He believes that such modifications would even displease God13.
When asked directly about BBLs, Stevo was clear: "Waachane nayo," telling people to stay away from the procedure. He repeated this sentiment for liposuction, urging individuals to "kaa kaa wewe," meaning to simply be themselves.

"Eh mkae vile Mungu aliwaumba. Sasa ukiongeza makalio... hata Mungu mwenyewe atakasirika." (Stay as God created you. Now if you enlarge your backside... even God himself will be angry.)
He further reiterated his stance against any form of body augmentation, including nose enhancements, stating, "Msiongeze pua, mwachane nazo," advocating for natural beauty.
The Pritty Vishy Context
Stevo Simple Boy's former girlfriend, Pritty Vishy, has recently undergone a BBL procedure to enhance her backside.
In a video on her YouTube channel, Vishy revealed that she had undergone a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), a tummy tuck, and liposuction.
She explained that the decision was a deeply personal one, driven by a long-standing desire to enhance her physical appearance and boost her self-confidence.
She described her post-surgery experience with honesty, admitting to feeling huge discomfort and pain, especially in her stomach area.
“I can't bend much. I can't sit because I do not have my pillow. It's my third week since I got my surgery done,” she said, jokingly adding, “Assmatic.”
She also revealed that she hadn't showered for three weeks and was living with her best friend, Becky Akinyi, who was helping her through the difficult recovery.
Stevo's Fashion Choices at the Gender Reveal
During the same event, Stevo Simple Boy showcased his personal style, detailing the cost of his attire. He revealed his jacket cost 6,500 Kenyan Shillings, while his shirt was 1,500 Shillings.

His tie, described as a unique zip-tie, was 350 Shillings, and his trousers cost 3,500 Shillings. His shoes, which he claimed were imported from Dubai, were the most expensive item at 28,000 Shillings, and his beret cost 650 Shillings.
He also wore Fendi designer spectacles priced at 1,500 Shillings.
