Becoming a first-time mother is never without surprises, and Priscy, the wife of Tanzanian music star Juma Jux has shared her candid experience leading up to the birth of their son, Prince Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala.

In a heartfelt post, Priscy revealed that her plans to “slay” on the way to the hospital and document the moment for content quickly vanished when reality set in.

“We had to rush to the hospital at 3AM. Contractions aren’t a joke, all plans to slay to the hospital and create content were cancelled,” she confessed.

Adding a touch of humor, Priscy recalled how she believed her son’s due date would align with her husband’s birthday. “Me: Rakeem, your due date is the same as papa. Rakeem: Please this woman, I want my day alone,” she wrote, imagining her son’s playful response.

She concluded her story with a sweet message to Juma Jux, writing: “Juma Jux, sorry my love, your son wants to shine alone.”
