The Millions It Would Cost You To Be Huddah's Friend Revealed

Kenyan socialite and beauty entrepreneur, Huddah Monroe, has revealed a new business venture centered on her time and public persona.

In a series of social media posts, she announced a fee for those who wish to meet her for a meal, as well as a separate, more substantial charge for what she describes as "friendship".

According to posts on her Instagram Stories, Huddah receives many direct messages from people wanting to talk or meet with her. To manage this demand and place a value on her time, she has set a clear price.

The Price of a Lunch Date

Huddah has set a fee of KSh 50,000 for a two-hour lunch date. She clarified that this amount is an "ENTRY FEE," and food is not included in the price. She added that she does not eat much herself anyway, as she is trying to cut down her weight.

The two-hour booking includes one free hour for photos and vibes.

“I'm charging Kshs 50,000 per lunch date (ENTRY FEE) 2hrs - 1 hr free for photos & vibes. (food excluded), I don't even eat that much anyway I'm trying to lose weight). Location, I will choose the Place. If you are ready. DM me, I'll send the M-Pesa number ASAP!” she said.

She has humorously labelled this service as the "BACHELORETTE".

A Million Shillings for Friendship

In a separate post, Huddah shared a screenshot of a direct message she received with the question, "Can we be friends though?". Her response was straightforward and revealed her price for a friendship with her: KSh 1,000,000.

She justified the high price by stating that she doesn't even have time for herself, let alone for friends. She also added that her time and energy are not free.

“Friendship? That’s gonna be Kshs 1,000,000. I don’t even have time for myself. Let alone friends.”

Booking Details and Rules

Huddah has put in place a number of strict rules for those interested in booking her. She has a "No REFUND" policy.

Additionally, she has instructed people to only WhatsApp her to confirm the location and time of the meeting, and warned, "Do not chat me up daily. I'll block you".

The celebrity also mentioned that she is open to other activities besides lunch.

She stated that "We can do other activities too, like sports if y’all game," noting that bookings would be open from the following Tuesday.
