During the conference, President Ruto was seen visiting his daughter Charlene's booth, where she was displaying her agricultural products.

Kaluma emphasized what he termed Charlene's "humbleness" and "down-to-earth" nature, while also affectionately referring to her as "Nyar Homa Bay," a Dholuo phrase meaning "daughter of Homa Bay."

The conference began last Sunday during a music concert at Ruma National Park ahead of the second edition of the Roan Antelope Half Marathon, which took place on Monday.
