But Kenya Power has made it easier for prepaid customers to recover lost token SMS without visiting their offices or calling customer care.
Kenya Power outlined a simple step-by-step guide for retrieving the last three tokens purchased.
This feature is helpful in various situations—when someone deletes a token message by mistake, when a phone crashes and erases message history, or when there’s uncertainty about whether the last token was successfully entered. It is also useful when other household members need access to the most recent tokens.
