Comedian Mammito Eunice has left Kenyans amazed and entertained after sharing a Father’s Day post that many believe might have revealed the mysterious man rumoured to be her baby daddy.
The photo, featuring Mammito and an unidentified man dressed casually but sharply, was accompanied by the simple caption “My people!”—but it was the flood of celebrity and fan comments that turned the post into a full-blown online investigation.
Fellow celebrities couldn’t hide their excitement and curiosity. Terence Creative exclaimed, “Aki ni yeye!”, while Milly Chebby simply wished the man a “Happy Father’s Day”.
Teacher Wanjiku jokingly said, “Wacha mimi nitembeee,” and content creator Mokush KE teased, “Kwa wale tumemwona leo,” suggesting there was something to be read between the lines.
Nimrod Nick summed up the public mood, saying, “Now wait and see Kenyans turn into prime DCI… by this afternoon bloggers will have known ten things you didn’t know about him.”
While Mammito didn’t confirm the man’s identity or his relationship to her child, the tone of the post and the reactions it sparked only added fuel to the fire.
Many interpreted the image as a soft launch of the man in her life—possibly the father of her baby—yet nothing has been officially confirmed.

The speculation isn’t new. In December 2024, Mammito made headlines after opening up, albeit coyly, during a candid TV47 interview with Betty Kyallo.
At the time, she was heavily pregnant and brimming with excitement about both motherhood and her upcoming stand-up special titled Maandamano Baby.
In the interview, Mammito described the journey of pregnancy with her trademark humour, noting how her fans had watched her grow through different life stages—from heartbreaks to jokes about Nairobi men—and now into motherhood.
Betty, curious about the identity of Mammito’s partner, probed further. Mammito responded playfully and with restraint, offering only a few cryptic hints.
“I have not bought this. He is a man who... somebody’s son,” she said with a shy smile.
When Betty pressed her, saying, “You have really kept him a secret!”, Mammito explained her reasoning. “You have to, in this Nairobi, you have to keep your relationship a secret. You never know,” she said, adding that exposing a partner to the public often leads to unwelcome opinions or, worse, other people trying to steal them.
“I’m 31. I can’t start all over again dating. Asking him your favourite colour?” she joked.
The two laughed, especially when Mammito warned about how men can easily be “snatched” if made public. “Hawa watu ni chombo dhaifu,” she declared. “They can go anytime.”
When asked whether her ex-lover, fellow comedian Butita, was the father of her child, Mammito quickly dismissed the speculation.
“Hiyo ni maneno ya kale,” she said, rolling her eyes. “Let’s not talk about things of the past. That was like four years ago.”

She further revealed that the father of her child is not in the entertainment industry—a deliberate choice on her part.
“I wanted someone who is not in the industry. I’ve dated in the industry before, but I prefer someone who does something completely different.”
Although Mammito didn’t give away much, she did share that her relationship makes her feel secure and happy. “As long as you’re making that money for us baby, that’s all I need,” she quipped.
While marriage isn’t off the table, she’s in no rush. “Let me first give birth to this one, and then we see. Marriage in Nairobi, weuh... but who knows?”
For now, Mammito’s fans can only speculate. Whether the man in the Father’s Day post is her baby’s father remains uncertain—but one thing’s clear: Mammito knows how to keep fans talking.
