TikTok star and beauty entrepreneur Gloria Ntazola has urged women who want to look attractive to prioritise personal hygiene as a non-negotiable part of their daily routine.
In a post shared via her Instagram Stories on May 1, Ntazola stated that cleanliness plays a vital role in a woman’s appearance and self-confidence.
Known for her bold and often controversial opinions, the influencer insisted that consistent hygiene practices are essential for any woman seeking to be admired or feel confident in her own skin.
“If you want to be considered attractive as a woman, hygiene is key. You must brush your teeth twice a day and take a shower twice a day. No excuses,” she wrote.
She went on to highlight three specific areas that women should focus on to maintain their hygiene and overall appeal: dental care, regular gynaecological visits, and daily personal grooming.
“These are the most essential things you need to do as a lady to look attractive,” she said. “Get your teeth cleaned and well aligned, have regular gyno visits at least three times a year, take a shower twice, and brush twice. Laying edges with poor dental hygiene and bad odour is lethal.”

Ntazola, who rose to online fame following a viral video of her in a heated exchange with Nairobi city enforcement officers (commonly referred to as ‘Kanjo’), has become known for her unfiltered views on women, beauty, and relationships.
Last month, she stirred debate online after claiming that many men lose interest in their partners shortly after childbirth.
In a strongly worded statement, she suggested that physical changes post-pregnancy often lead to emotional detachment in relationships.
“Once you give birth… your man will immediately get bored of you. Few men will accommodate their wives after childbirth. They no longer want to touch you, kiss you, or hold you in bed,” she said.
Ntazola warned women against giving up their careers or personal goals in the name of love, stating that many men are rarely satisfied, regardless of how much a woman sacrifices.
“Men will never get content. Very few men will appreciate their wives or girlfriends once they have given birth. Trust me.”
While her remarks on relationships have sparked backlash in the past, many health professionals would agree with her latest hygiene advice.
Experts recommend that women practise good personal hygiene by bathing regularly, maintaining proper dental care, wearing clean clothes, and attending regular health check-ups — particularly gynaecological exams — to prevent infections and ensure overall well-being.
Practising personal hygiene not only boosts confidence and self-esteem but also plays a major role in physical health.
