Counties rated best in delivering roads and transport function/WILLIAM WANYOIKE

Several counties have continued to do well in delivering the best road infrastructure to their residents.

Homa Bay County has come top in delivering the best roads and infrastructure, according to the latest survey by Infotrak.

The county emerged top with 52 per cent.

Others include Murang'a, Kirinyaga, Kisii, Kisumu and Mombasa.

The survey sought to find out how Kenyans would rate their county government’s performance with regard to various devolved functions.
